42/25 Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 by Midalidare Estate is a wine showing an interesting and complete experience for the senses hidden beneath its purple color.

The aroma is characterized by a very good level of complexity. Initially, the senses are attacked by the aroma of leather, vanilla, marzipan, chocolate, dried meat and pleasant spiciness expressed through black pepper and coriander seeds, as well as a fine flowery note of lilac and lavender. Over time, fresh plums, black mulberries and blueberries develop very powerfully in the glass.

The wine shows a very pleasant experience for the palate with a dominant spiciness and a hint of plum and chocolate, complemented by a sweet aftertaste with shades of black mulberry and blackberry, all wrapped in a cloud of vanilla and chocolate.

Excellent wine, characterized by very good complexity and offering a great value for money.
