Rose Middle Forest 2019 by Manastira winery is produced in the interesting region of Sredna Gora (literally Middle Forest in Bulgarian) from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

The wine has a very good level of complexity and a pleasant fresh structure. The aroma presents a very interesting symbiosis of fruit, vegetable, floral and citrus notes in combination with rose and pleasant spiciness. It is initially dominated by white peach and wild strawberry carried in a cloud of well-harmonized rose, spicy geranium and gentle nuances of lilac, acacia and cloves. Baked green and red peppers round up the complex structure of the aroma.

Rose oil and caramelized onions lead the palate complemented by pleasant freshness expressed through lime juice and lemongrass. Gentle notes of lavender and geranium add on to the complexity.
