Hotovo Melnik Blend 2018 is a wine produced in the Struma Valley from three indigenous Bulgarian grape varieties Broad Leaved Melnik vine, Melnik 55 and Melnik 82. The wine impresses with its tenderness and extremely high level of complexity.

Beneath its intensive ruby ​​color, a well-balanced multicomponent structure is to be found. The aroma and taste are dominated by a well-ripened plum, as in the taste it is strongly dominant, and in the aroma it erupts with the development in the glass. It is perfectly harmonized with expressive notes of walnut, green walnut, tobacco, almond and vanilla. Overall, the taste and aroma demonstrate a remarkable development in the direction of gentle red cherry juice.

The complexity of the aroma is also expressed in fruity nuances of strawberry, red cherry and white cherry. They are accompanied by spicy notes of green pepper, black pepper and coriander seeds, complemented by the citrus freshness of orange juice and orange peel as well as dense notes of coffee and soil.

The taste is also characterized by a marked and intensifying note of chokeberry complemented by fresh cherry juice and orange juice, fine linden and hinted eggplant.
