Bukovska prepecenica is a unique Serbian plum rakia produced by the monks at the Monastery Bukovo in a traditional way using a pot still without a distillation column.

The monks produce this rakia from 100% own grown plum from the sort Pozegaca plum. It is characterized by its excellent, intense aroma as well as rich and well rounded taste of well ripe plum.

It suits to smoked ham or other kinds of smoked meats, salted cheeses, grilled vegetables, and various types of pickles (turshia).
