Bukovska lozova is a Serbian rakia – excellent and unique of its kind grape based rakia produced by the monks at the Bukovo Monastery in a traditional way using a pot still without a distillation column.

It is produced from the rare and unique Tamjanka (local version of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) grape variety and characterized with its excellent aroma and most of all full bodied and harmonic taste. The rakia gives the impression of consuming the grape itself. The aroma is dominated by aroma and taste of fresh grape skin in combination with honey, almonds, roses and lavender.

With the development in the glass, aroma of coffee and geranium develop. It suits to different types of salads, salty cheeses, pickles (turshia).
